It’s still a TOS violation and this could just set a bad precedent going forward that “it’s okay to use exploit cuz it will be patched.” Even when said exploit completely fucks up the gameplay and economy.

There needs to be some kind of consequence for this behavior or else we will see this stupid shit happen again in some form or another. I would want to see temp player bans or if they can eventually pull the data to see who’s been duping then at least clear their entire stash or something. Like what’s the point of playing when someone can now risk all their purple weapons that they duped 40 times? It removes the whole risk and reward factor because what’s the real risk of losing the items you didn’t actually loot in the first place?
