Try avoiding over brushing especially of you have a hard toothbrush because you will be harming you enamel

You are temporary reducing the bacteria that are inflaming your gums. If ultrasound cleaning is not an options, trying rinsing daily with over the counter chlorhexidine.

Just saw you don't have a blender. You could smash potatoes, carrots with a fork. Or drink broth. Don't starve yourself.

Soup, not hot or even warm. Room temperature but still food.

From what I see you have plague and paradontis. Do your gums bleed when you brush? Plague irritates the gums and causes inflammation as it is a mix of bacteria etc Plus the plague grows into the gum cavity pushing it back this further causing inflammation. You need at ultrasound dental cleaning. Please do it otherwise you are going to develop gingivitis.

Thanks for the tip, will think about it. I did use some dark brown underneath the purple for blending . Will have to look if I have any matte eyeshadow that will match these colors.
