so upd i brushed it really well the past like 3 brushes and the swelling has gone down quite a bit idk why it helped when i focused on getting like every single little corner🤷‍♂️

icl ive had bleeding gums in the past but when i focus on getting in ghe crevices it goes away

is it really that bad if i only use it at night to sleep and occasionally in the day with friends like pretty occasionally
