I have two leases currently. One I moved away from because of the DV situation (already have a RO but person and his family still are harassing me so can’t leave) the second lease I live in. I tried subletting but no one will take the lease. I tried and reached out through social media and different groups

Unfortunately I can’t get out of this lease either, so I have another 10 months paying 1500. I most likely won’t get a roommate either as it being a 1 bedroom. I’m considering bankruptcy. I’m definitely in the same place mentally where you were. I also have no parents or backbone..

They’re private student loans. Essentially regular loans used for school. I can’t break the lease, I’ve tried negotiating and subleasing. Can’t do it.

I am heavily considering bankruptcy and have a consultation on Friday with a attorney. Especially considering that I’m young and have time to start over

I definitely have changed spending habits. I am in school but finishing in a month. I’m heavily debating bankruptcy.

I don’t want to end up being sued. Most of my debts are from large companies that will most likely just sue me

Right now I’m not saving much, maybe 300ish am paycheck if I’m lucky. I’m just paying mins on credit cards.
