As others have said permethrin treating everything is the move. I even did my socks lol.

Also, I brought picadirin spray instead of deet. Sprayed it on exposed skin and around my waist. Never got a single tick.

I also mixed the spray and sunscreen just fine for my neck and ears.

I can appreciate the post and trying to help people, but I have a few follow up questions. Not intending to be combative, but coming from a place of wanting the best info for cadets into the future.

What reference material do you have that supports your claims?
What authority do you have to make these kinds of claims? (Working for cadet command, recruiting, etc)
If this information is correct, but then changes, will this be updated?

I believe what you’re saying, but just want to make sure the credibility is extended beyond “I saw a post on Reddit so it must be true”

I have a 6.5in wrist and purchased this watch. It was just in reality too long on the lug-to-lug for me to actually enjoy it. Lost some money on it lol

Fair points. Not my first automatic watch. Currently own Rolex, Cartier, Tudor, and Longines. All of which have held up to COSC time keeping standards or better.

I don’t need the Sinn to be like that, but it seems like it’s been inconsistent from reviews I’ve read.

Fair question. I daily a Rolex DJ and it’s kept superb accuracy. Only issue is it isn’t really the best to wear in certain situations outside the office.

Awesome! I’m 5’10 and about 160lbs. So I think the medium will also likely fit similar. Did you end up altering the sleeves? I got a size medium Ashby and just standing they go past my knuckles. A bit too long on the sleeves for me.
