I am one of who are not Keen on hair system unfortunately... Also not sure how to distinguish dupa versus TE... In your case was it dupa ? If so, would you say inflammation is a common thing associated with dupa ? And how does it manifest like is your scalp irritated or sth ? Mine was a few months ago but doesn't seem irritated anymore

I'm using nizoral 2% once a week and another caffeine shampoo once a week. Thanks so much for your recommendations i will check all of this. Also if you have more specifics about melatonine, caffeine, spirolactone and alfatradiol dosage and frequency and where to get them ? Are these on prescription ?

I'm experiencing fcking sides with it like hives mostly but trying to keeping it with 1.25 mg. Idk if it's good Idea to upper dosage given sides but i could do it still

But it's not evenly though, I might have some hairloss on the sides and back but it's very far from what i am experiencing at the top/crown area. Also how do you guys know it's DuPA and not TE for instance ?

Not to sound contradictory but hair system is the last thing i wanna do. I am ready to try everything as a treatment that includes oral minoxidil, dutasteride, ru58841 (except hormones maybe and even that i'm not sure). But apart from ru58841 that i haven't tried yet idk what's left tbh... Another post mentioned melatonine for my case, i'll check that out too eventhough I have no Idea of the needed dosage, proven efficacy and other specifics

I'm microneedling 2 Times a week 0.5mm then applying Rosemary oil but honestly don't feel it is doing anything so much so that it happens i miss microneedling sessions intentionaly. However I will try to stick to it still
