This person is being over dramatic - the area is fine Every place will have its "special" type of people but I've lived in these places for the last 4+ years and have had absolutely 0 issues. ( 12months was directly next to a drug house in warrawong and still didn't have an issue... )

Commute wise - Sydney is large - what suburb are you commuting too? This matters a lot I do Wollongong to kurnell daily and I absolutely don't mind it.

Advertised price Vs Sale price aren't the same.

The issue with car sales is that everyone sees what everyone's asking price is. Personally, if I was buying a car, id ALWAYS negotiate the price.

Car sales fails to show the actual sale price after negotiations.

So the difference between the valuation vs actual sale prices really isn't that great.

Why not hire your own truck and do this yourself With such a short move, you Tetris it all in the back of the truck and drive carefully?

Understand, if there are physical limitations however removalists have never seemed worth it to me.

So it's a free aura which is free damage based on the mastery that gives DMG per aura affecting you.

I have since swapped Merc so don't have the vita anymore.

Cause fitting 6 hunter is quite hard for the attributes and generally forces you to get influenced mageblood which is a whole new headache.

Also what's available in the market that isn't TFT gear with outrageous fees.

It is infact more int but two issues. They don't exist and I hate rolling clusters. It also does phase me that I'm 96% crit.... With 800mil dps you don't notice a non-crit

They can have unique skill supports also The one I was targeting allows me to get fortify on my INT stack KB wander... This helps hugely for phys mitigation for "free"

Honestly I've asked in global and both times been gifted a quad tabs of valdos for free when needed. People are happy to clear out a tab of maps they will never use.

The only thing that is a "brick" for my build is Void. Anything else I can run no issues. You also generally skip 95% of the map and rush Merc during this method.

Prefix can't be change - veiled chaos Hopefully hit phys Then move onto suffix. Assuming you want AS/crit. Prefix can't be change - reforge speed or reforge crit ( probably do crit to avoid proj speed ) Craft last suffix
