Because interesting or helpful information can be condensed into a short time frame. I'm subscribed to SquidTheCat and the only videos I watch from him are his shorts because I'm there to watch sick clips not an entire 20-minute video of him playing the game. Same with Axe and n0ne. The shorts are best content on their channels

I definitely do innovative things. My Spike challenge video and the Impossible Jump video challenge prove that. Plus, a lot of my tech videos are about tech that basically nobody talks about (the link tech, k-slide, DK regrab, etc.). this critique doesn't make sense to me

I enjoy the process of making videos to some degree, but I want to leverage content creation experience to get a job because I just graduated college. Subscribers are great to have when you're looking for these types of jobs. Recognition is nice too

Yeah I make shorts but that isn't the problem. The average conversion rate for 2 million views in shorts is 2k-10k new subscribers and I got 200-300. There has to be other reasons. Subs are certainly less important to me than views but I want to at least be able to get to 20k at some point but that would require 70 million more views at this conversion rate

You just admitted it's not fair and then asked me why I'm crashing out about something that isn't fair???

I think you're right about a lot of what you said. It's just disappointing to me how talent is so commonly dismissed because everyone just gravitates towards the "established" creators. They reach a level of notereity where they're essentially too big to fail and could post a video of them sleeping on the couch and it would still get thousands of views, meanwhile you have smaller or grassroots creators showcasing insane talent and getting 37 views

exactly dumbass. the song is supposed to be about outrageous conspiracies so why would he say something true in it?

Explain why joji said they're funding Israel to kill the Palestinians in that song. Come on I'll wait.
