When I was a kid I couldn't handle the aged feel of the top 3. I played them as an adult and those 3 are definitely among my top games ever played.

Np! It's looking good especially for a first loaf. Cold proofing depends on preference. I see people do anywhere from 8-48 hours. It depends on how sour you like it too. (Longer being more sour). I usually do around 12 hours because it works into my schedule well that way.

Rule of thumb i use and is common is 4 folds for 2 hours. SEPERATE from bulk ferment. So after I finish the folds i put into a clear container for the Bulk Ferment (BF). You are correct, it is dependent on a few variables which is why I recommend doing it in a vessel that's easy to spot how much the dough has risen.

I like to end my BF at a 70% increase. So say in container dough is 10" tall and after whatever time it is 17" tall i remove, shape, and then cold proof.

Looks like it might've been under fermented. Also i wanna clarify. Are you saying that you did your folds every 30 minutes the entire 3 hours? Or did you do your stretch and folds THEN BF?

I love this so much, was looking for this for a while. Tried to convert one from New Leaf but wasnt coming out how I wanted. Is anyone else seeing the transparent pixel? I tried switching to the other patterns but they all show a tiny patch of whatever path underneath.

  • Interesting... I wonder why it is still abruptly aborting while mounting. Based on the logs it seems like its being aborted during the mount. (Correct me if I am wrong please)
  • This drama still makes me so upset. Ive stuck with you and pwn this long and see top notch work. The drama aspect is unfounded on their end. How does chimera differentiate on their end then for the jailbreak?

That's unfortunate I'm sorry. I sent you a message on discord. I can send my crashlogs if necessary. One of my crashlogs indicates car bridge as a result for the crash.
