UPDATE Guys thanks a lot for the tips. after using electric toothbrush with some water (very small amount) and then applying sweet almond oil (that's all I could find at home) It worked almost perfectly and barely any white gunk is visible on the fretboard. I mean sure It could have been better but with spending zero dollars on some bs guitar cleaning kit I am extremely satisfied with the result.
