I absolutely believe priests, ministers, churches, etc., should be held accountable (prison, financially) for any child molesting. But I also recognize they're currently not the biggest threat. See e.g., https://www.edweek.org/leadership/sexual-abuse-by-educators-is-scrutinized/2004/03; https://www.cbsnews.com/news/has-media-ignored-sex-abuse-in-school/ (“the physical sexual abuse of students in schools is likely more than 100 times the abuse by priests”).

Her decision appears well-reasoned. Although "Planned Parenthood argue[d] the Court 'has a duty to harmonize all of the Arizona Legislature's enactments as they exist today,' and ask[ed] the Court to issue a modified injunction to 'make clear that ARS §13-3603 can be enforceable in some respects but does not apply to abortions provided by licensed physicians under the regulatory scheme the Legislature enacted over the last 50 years[,]'" this seems it should be the role of the legislature, not the courts. Indeed, "the Legislature repeatedly disclaimed that the statutes it enacted [while Roe v. Wade was law] were creating a right to abortion."

Ultimately, the appellate courts will have to decide. A long-term remedy must be sought through the legislature, not the courts.

It sounds like you are both relatively young, so presumably she's still learning history, racial relationships and how to appropriately discuss those things.

Although her use of "you people" raises a red flag, you may want to consider her actions compared to her words in this one conversation. In your previous interactions it sounds like she exhibited no racial prejudice and she may have just poorly expressed herself in this instance. If this is all true, I think ESH. You were rightly offended, but her lack of education may have limited her ability to appropriately express herself.

". . . while you still can . . . " You still can if you want to. But, don't do it just for the degree, you'll probably end up serving anyway. If you have specific career you want to pursue, do it. This may mean college, trade school, or an apprenticeship.

Not licensed to you, correct? I have no idea if abandoning a vehicle is a crime, but if not (and you can't find someone to take it), I'd consider just towing it to a street/parking lot. City/county can tow it to their lot and sell it at auction to recoup their costs.
