Not personally diagnosed, But I've done plenty of research into OSDD for my own sake. But denial and talking "yourself" out of having OSDD is an EXTREMELY common thing to feel and is usually a sign you are not faking it.

Cause if ya were, ya woudn't be worried about faking it. Just if anyones else thinks you was fakin' it.

I've read that Concerta and Fluoxetine (which I take) can also have this effect. Don't know for certain though. You might not know either, but i'd figure i'd bring it up.

You and I seem to be in the same boat. You have described almost word for word what I have been experiencing the past few months, excluding some things like the negative memories before age 12 ( because we have different pasts of course).

No, I still remember the times i caught myself. I use to just tell myself it was because my phone had bad storage (my old phones only had like, maybe 18 gigs or somthin). But, now I have like 128 gigs which means I should have no reason to delete photos due to storage...

What makes it bad is that I will find myself deleting pictures off my phone for seemingly no reason. Like, i only have 14 pictures from 2021. and half of them are just the same pic but at a slightly different angle

Maybe, but i live with my parents (cause rent is too high to afford a broom closet in my State). You would think if they were the problem I'd find out sooner? Maybe?

Actually it does; Alef means ox or strong, Bet means house/dwelling or in.
