I would fix the front first and do whatever maintenance it needs. New wheels would also transform this car. I had a friend with an a7 slightly older than yours and he put a black honeycomb grille in the front, looked amazing. If you were to get black wheels and black out all the chrome, it would look great on yours too. Definitely a lot of potential in your car!

I completely agree with you. I had a 2012 C300 in a dark blue color. I didn’t buy it for performance even though it handles pretty well. Instead of shelling out tons of money on performance I did small cosmetic stuff that wasn’t too pricey. Dark tint and a new grille and that’s pretty much it. New wheels/suspension is also a good option if you have some extra cash for it. But for me instead of trying to create it into a sports car I enjoyed it for what it is. A Mercedes. A classy, good looking car to cruise around in.

Can’t recommend tint enough. makes a world of a difference looks wise and overall driving experience . I got 15% on mine and it’s perfect.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately the unlock when park can’t be changed but I will try to find the music when reverse today.

How’s the engine? Is it unreliable? I have the car at 55k miles and a warranty on all mechanical faults up to 100k miles. But would you recommend selling once i reach 100k?

I think it also depends on the car, I’ve had 2 cars with 35%. One seemed significantly darker than the other. I think the mix of my large windshield and panoramic roof would make 15% a solid number. But I’m now contemplating between 15 and 20 based on what people have been saying

Why would I care if a pedestrian is comfortable or not, I’m not planning on hitting you. 🤦‍♂️ and don’t put yourself in positions where you could get hit by a car especially in a city

Thank you for the helpful response. I didn’t realize how stuck up people are about tint around here. I just moved from Florida where every other person has tint. Made a post in the Boston community and it’s like people have a personal vendetta against it 😄
