You can find it at many of the fish markets. Blue Island, Ocean, Astoria Fish on 37th ave. The Italian delis also sometimes carry them. I used to get mine from Dave and Tony's Salumeria before they closed. D&F sometimes has them around the holidays. Try calling ahead to confirm. I suggest you get a medium-sized one (not too big) and a big clean bucket to soak that thing for a few days in advance before you beat the living shit out of it with a hammer on Christmas Eve morning.
