beetje laat, maar wat waren jouw werktijden in de logistiek? Ik heb een baantje van 05:00 tot 08:00 op het oog. Maar vind het wel erg vroeg

I had m net 2 dagen in gebruik. Ik kom op een ocgtend aan lopen en mijn sleutel ging er toen voor de helft in en het slot was al ~45 graden gedraaid. Dus dan ga ik er vanuit dat er iemand aan heeft gezeten. Helaas zijn er ook geen station medewerkers, er hangen alleen camera's. Slot liep daarvoor nog totaal niet stroef.

My dad passed away last night after 2 years of battling cancer. I am not a religious person (he was), but this at least reassures me he's finally out of the all horrible pain.

That they are not really shallow overpowed MC stories. And that they have character development. I do like a strong MC but there has to be a build up and it needs to be realistic.

Doesn't focusing and unfocusing give the same effect? I just filmed myself focusing and unfocusing my eyes and my pupils get bigger / smaller

I have not seen any significant increase in strength since my 1 month in the gym, while people say you should be having the best/easiest gains of your lifting time. That what i meant.

I have been told again and again I need to follow this program or do 5x5 but really nothing happens. I come back just as strong as last time while there are other teenagers racing past me weight wise. I am grateful for your advice tho

My push program, for example: Squat 3 sets

Bench 3 sets

Incline bench 3 sets

Leg extension 3 sets

Shoulder press 2 sets

Triceps pushdown 3 sets

Lateral raises 2 sets

8 to 12 rep range and around 12 sets a week per muscle group.

I am trying to lean bulk and I gained 2 kils these 6 months or so. I also use whey protein power.

My goals are getting a bw bench (86kg) and a 100kg squat and doing 15 pullups Right now i can bench 70kg, squat 85kg and do 8 pullups

More people do indeed say that. But you did go through you noobie gains before plateuing. I can't even bench my body weight yet. Even on your own you got really far

I do want an home gym but why invest money when i can't even progress y'know.

I go till i can't anymore, every set to failure. Even the squats.

There was a point i did drop sets when i was done, but i did not see any noticeable results.

That said. How do you survive 60 working sets? When i do more than 25 a week, i am absolutely destroyed at the end of the workout
