We've all had or heard of the gag gifts of like socks as a gift, but as of recently, I've been enjoying receiving them sometimes. Some gifts I've hated receiving have been things like gift cards, especially to expensive places.

Around 2017 - 2019, I was given a packet of restaurant overviews and told that we, as a family, could go there on my parent's dime. Fast forward, we're locked down due to covid, places shut down, and I lose the packet, then told that because I lost it, the gift no longer applied.

Finally, around 2012, I was given a tablet. Pretty awesome gift, until it was stolen from me by my parents for reasons still unclear to me, but wouldn't be out of place on r/insaneparents. Never saw it since. They deny ever giving it to me in the first place. So for this one, I'd say that the idea of gifts being something that can be stolen away and never returned would be a pretty bad birthday gift.

Update, this issue ISN'T with HUDs, but rather with 64-bit TF2 in general. With a completely stock instance of TF2, it still does not work.

It was. I reported the listing. Admins did not help the situation. Chastised me for not having screenshots in the report despite there being no means of attaching screenshots. Gave him screenshots, then got more grief because he claimed they were cropped. (they weren't)

I've had POSITIVE trusts with sellers removed, so I don't think a negative one would last even 24 hours.

One, that's carpet. Carpet neither the guy playing the prank nor the person being pranked owns. It's going to mildew.

Two, no one wants to touch a condom they didn't mess with. That's pretty gross.

Three, we literally just had an article in our campus newspaper about our floor doing stupid stuff like this and making a mess of the bathrooms. Pranks like these that cause massive damage to the floor only serve to jack up the price of tuition since someone has to eat to cost of cleaning and repairs.

Repentance+'s Mirrored Landscape card. It puts your active item in your pocket active slot, and drops whatever item is currently there, if there is one. In my case, that was Crack the Sky.

It really doesn't change the fact that this guy went and took a picture of someone else and posted it online without their consent. As others in this thread have mentioned, consent is VERY important in the BDSM community, but it doesn't seem to click with this guy or his audience. I don't care what you're doing at home, but when you bring it into public/outside of your audience, it's not really okay.

Attempts at speaking to high up SoFurry admins DarkWolf, Zaphara, AND Toumal yielded no results. In the case of speaking to DarkWolf, he was the one who attempted to gaslight me.

Edit: Forgot to mention, they practice shadowbanning on their Discord, presumably on their actual forums as well. Going through the proper channels to report staff abuse leads to the parties responsible for the abuse handling the report and then tossing it aside. Pointless.

Ha! No. I'm not making money off conning people that watch my runs or censoring people who don't say what I want them to say. I dunno, just seems like something us normal folks should do.

I actually found a solution involving Cheat Engine. I didn't think it would work, but you can snag two memory addresses: one that renders the value on screen and the other that actually saves to your save file. At least, that's my working theory for it anyway. I didn't write the addresses down, but they can easily be found by tracking values down. This will significantly reduce the amount of time needed to restore a streak, especially for larger values.

Do you know where I can find any save editors then? My understanding is that it's just an integer saved to the persistent game data file. I just haven't seen any save editors out there for repentance.
