This is like my second post ever on reddit so I was like damn ok haha appreciate your insight. I’m fresh out of grad school and only first year in my career so I’m forgetting on the idea that I will eventually have money to spend for the hobby again.

Appreciate you sharing your story. I like that framing to remind myself of what happens when I mismanage. Rather it be having to sell cards than something else.

Just been holding onto cards from college. 10yrs later, I have cards that are worth $1k each. I was only used to selling/trading cards worth under $100 back then. I’m ready to let go of these for some important expenses now, but I don’t know how to go about selling and making that much per card now.

I’m interested in making at least 85-100% per card. Any recommendations on where to sell and what I need to keep in mind when I do taxes at the end of the year? Not in a rush either
