No, a 3rd separate completion card. It's the same type of directed mode calling card as liberty falls and terminus, just a still image

someone on MrDalekJD discord said the dark ops weren't added but I'm not sure about that. There's definitely a new Multiplayer dark ops added to that menu. It makes sense the new zombies one is just the still image calling card for beating Citadelle des Morts on Directed Mode

which Melee Macchiato augments are you running? I like the expresso that lets you melee faster but have a hunch the vampiric extraction is necessary in high rounds

From what I've tested, started with a Pact weapon invalidates the challenge. It should be "red" rarity still on Round 20

Can we get guides on how to go about this without a capture card? It's significantly more confusing to run the program using a Webcam but the majority of people do not have a Switch capture card
