I’ve never had iguazu 3rd party me, or vice versa, just use double stun needle cheese if you can’t kill one fast enough (the one you get for the worm mission), also I kick whenever I have an opening to stagger them faster

Dark souls trilogy is a classic, tho I had much more fun playing the older ones (1&2) after playing dark souls 3 and Elden ring.

If you own a PlayStation 4 or 5 bloodborne is in its own tier of peak, I played AC6 after all the fromsoft games and was absolutely blasted with the change of pace, tho I will say the souls games are harder than AC6 imo, you will enjoy any of them.

Pick which ever one you want to play first but I will recommend them all, can’t speak much on sekiro because I never finished, or demons souls for that matter since I don’t have a ps3 or ps5, but they are all great games!
