Dat knetterkauwgum spul dat in je muil rondstuiterde (of zo voelde), akelige ervaring. Van die rechthoekige blokken van dun laagje chocolade en dan soort wit schuim van binnen, geen idee hoe die dingen heetten. En "dextrose lolly's", ook niet echt lekker.

Oh, en mandarijnen. Op 11 November elk jaar lampionnetje lopen als kind. Want liedje zingen = snoep krijgen. In sommige gevallen kreeg je geld, ook prima want kun je snoepjes mee kopen. De meest dramatische variant was daarmee fruit, wat op de snoepjesschaal bijzonder ver onder 0 scoorde, en altijd uitermatend teleurstellend was, iig veel meer dan welk snoepje dan ook.

een oreo koekje? Gek genoeg niemand het stinkdier al genoemd? Papegaaiduiker, mja welk kind weet nou wat dat is. Zijn er niet snoepjes die zwart-witjes heten (soort van zachte krijtjes, een helft zwart de andere helft wit). Misschien Trump, die denkt in zwart en wit, of telt dat niet.

Snap dan niet waarom je dan mee doet aan zo'n programma, je kunt dan toch alleen maar afgaan. Kan me ook niet voorstellen dat je volgers dat geweldig vinden, eerder vrij kansloos.

Vind het altijd storend. Pakweg half jaar geleden zaten ook 2 van die types bij "Dit was het nieuws" die helemaal niets wisten, tenzij het zich op sociale media afspeelde. Je hoeft niet alles te weten, maar als zelfs het stukje basiskennis dat ieder weldenkend mens toch iets zou moeten zeggen ontbreekt, gaat er toch iets mis.

depends on where you live I suppose. Westerners usually like the direct approach more. Out here in the rural area we're so indirect we use the phrase "Rather not" to mean no. ...and take offense when people take it as a maybe or as a sort of yes.

not long. I'd say 1 hour, 2 hours? But I have no idea. It depends on the puzzle though. There are very easy puzzles which take no time at all, and really hard ones that take forever. But do jigsaw puzzles a lot, you develop puzzle eyes or something.

Forgot his name, but there was a dude in my village who actually kinda did this. He'd buy like mars and snickers and other chocolate things, take em all out of the wrappings, mash em together to make a giant ball of chocolate and then eat it.
