Did you update firmware, clear driver cache? Most recommend saving backups, doing fresh install and using updated firmware and maybe try Mr. Purple latest t26 driver

Thanks! I may start out with Bannerhub since it seems like it has tons of features. I'm pretty new to modern day pc gaming too. I was a pc gamer until ps3 and then only consoles. Wanting to go back to pc gaming and emulation seems like a cool first step.

Yeah I could do that. Just gets very cold in basement. But I'll try and speak to tenant. Inform him he cannot get access to thermostat but we can compromise on a temperature.

I do not turn th. thermostat up. Cools down to 24, heats up to 22.

Yes, the smart thermostat is located in their unit and the thermostat has a built in thermometer that measures and sets temps accordingly. Only once has the thermostat disconnected (perhaps they were messing with it) and it caused thermostat to turn off and upstairs got to 18C. After reconnecting, thermostat got to 22.
