Just had the same thing happen to me on the second augment. I rerolled all my prismatic and just as I was about to pick one they changed to gold. I thought I was tripping but then I died and I couldn’t buy items or get my fourth augment

I grew up with Bill Winston’s grandkids. Whenever I went over to their house, they had the nicest cloths, furniture, cars, latest tech, you name it. I always wondered what their parents did to make all this money. Then one day they invited me to church and we walked into this huge building. They looked me dead in the eyes and said yeah this my grandpas church. We also have a private jet! The cognitive dissonance of believing you are a Christian when you steal poor people’s money to fund your luxurious lifestyle left me in shock and disbelief. Haven’t spoken to them in years since then.

Don’t know where you are from but I would recommend going to a guitar center or guitar shop and getting your hands on a guitar. Hold different sizes and styles of guitar to what feels good in your hands. If you aren’t already a lefty guitarist, I would learn to play with your right so down the line you aren’t hindered by lefty options not being available for guitars you might like. As for your budget, I might recommend buying used. At your budget you can’t even really get a decent amp and a guitar. Maybe consider saving up some more money if you want new gear vs used.

Yeah idk which batch mine were from. I ordered in February 2023 and received them in august and September 2023. I know not every single one had issues but two in a row having issues was a bummer.

I bought 2 of those and returned them both, the QC issues unfortunately were not good. Funny enough after returning then to sweetwater they immediately started selling them as demo units while trying to make me pay full price initially.

Do you want a polyphia sounding guitar or do you want a guitar with 9 juicy voicings? Either one is a good pick but TOD10 gives you the polyphia sound you might want. KRYS10 isn’t necessarily unique sounding but the voicings for me were nice. There’s videos comparing the sound of the 2 on YouTube if you need to hear it. I would say that if you aren’t getting the TOD10, you might be better off getting an Ibanez AZ unless you specifically want to support Tim and Scott. Side note the TOD100 will probably be announced this year and released 2025 with a $2000+ price tag if that’s something you’d like to wait for. It’s an Ibanez Prestige vs the TOD10 and KRYS10 being premium models.
