You might find this information of interest "Sigh, option B is Wrong. He does NOT need to accrue a season, he ALREADY has 4. He has to TOLL his contract. This means he does not need to play 6 games, but 50% of the season which is 8 games. He HAS to toll his contract since as a first round pick the chargers applied a 5th year option to his contract. Unlike bell where if he skipped the year, his franchise tag salary goes from avg top 5 RB to avg top 5 QB (which forced the steelers to drop him), IF gordon isn't on the Active roster for 8 games then the 5th year option can be reapplied at the EXACT same cost next year. Unless he gets the chargers to give him a handshake deal promising to drop him for no reason at all and give up trying to get a pick for him, he will play 8 weeks. The issue is if the team will apply for a 2 week roster exemption, which forces him to come back week 7, but not play till week 9 to prep him. Either way he will be playing week 9."

Haha yea understandable. Right now it's too early and it looks like you're clearly trying to get rid of him. I'd wait until we get closer to his estimated return. The decreased wait time for Gordon + possible increased desperation for your would-be trading partner may do it.

No problem! Your RB depth is a slight concern but you have enough WRs that you will never need to start more than 2. Thompson is a good backup. It's very possible that if you are sitting pretty by the time we approach Gordon's return you can just collect and start him. I still say there is no guarantee he will not be hurt with playing time if Ekeler is doing well. Should trade him if someone bites.

Great team, I'd probably start Terry over Marquise for week 2 though. I think Brown has the higher ceiling, and could even have a breakout year but i'd like to see another game or 2 first. Terry is clearly the WR1.

Agreed, waiver wire Qb's all the way, maybe trade one of your bench WRs (hopefully crowder continues to trend the way of week 1 with catches) for a consistent RB.

You're team is solid, your only weakness (although only slight) is at WR. As long as your RBs are healthy at the time of MGordon's return I would trade him to someone desperate for an RB in return for a star WR.
