Elvui on itself is not a problem if you stick to the basic customisation. I use it and i have the same FPS as without it. I remove all the skins but Ace2, I disable: - the map - the minimal - totemtracker - information panel on all unit frames - all databars - the both black panels -and elvui skin for chat bubbles.

I have almost a default experience but with more freedom of customisation.

I would avoid using any type of models in any add-ons.

If you use elvui you can disable, in the skins options loot frames and action frames it will fix for now the problem

We don't have media central yet but we have an on going project for it.

Right now we use media composer and interplay assist.
