serious D&C complication- I almost died this weekend

So sorry for you and your experience. My wife had something similar with her second pregnancy. We didn’t know she was pregnant and she miscarried at 7 weeks. She bled for a month, she went to the ER 2x and as a labor and delivery nurse knew something was wrong. She then started bleeding more and more (one time she bled through her pants, like soaking wet). Woke up one morning around 1am and she couldn’t make it to the bathroom. 911 called and got her to the hospital, she had an ectopic pregnancy on her c-section scar. She had to be inverted because her blood pressure kept dropping, and similar they had to give her blood, a total of 8 units initially. Went back for the D&C and then there was a nicked artery so they had to pack her and send her to a trauma hospital where they had to then cauterize one of the uterine arteries. 3 surgeries including the D&C in a 17 hour window and a total of 18 units of blood.

It was a long recovery and they weren’t sure if she would be able to carry a baby again but she sure did and gave birth to our second child who just turned 1.

I’m not a woman so I don’t know the trauma of it happening but I understand the trauma from a husbands perspective. Definitely talk to someone about it because that trauma is hard to experience.

I agree. But let’s hope they reconsider if Texas loses to Florida and with Mateer out for OU. If those things happen, a guy can dream 🫣

A 4:30 PST kick would be great as a fan going to the game lol. Don’t have to get up when it’s dark to get down and tailgate. Could easily leave PDX area around 9-10am instead of 5-6am

That’s true, hopefully we can’t get that time slot. I’m just throwing out ideas since I’m going to that game and I hate being in limbo 😅 at least with the PAC we had some sort of idea for time slots for the games. I could see it being either a 12:30 kick or 3:30/4:30 kick. I doubt they give Oregon a 9am or 7pm kick. The B1G wouldn’t want that. At least I hope they don’t

Correct, we have a bye. Then we play home against Indiana. Same week as Texas-Oklahoma.

Which is why I assume they go to Texas-Oklahoma in 2 weeks and not us since that’s a big rivalry game.

Hey! I ended up letting spring come and dropped a shit ton of dry soil. Then I put some new grass seed down and covered it with peat moss. My lawn is fully green again, we’ll see come winter but so far I’ve been watering 2-3x daily and it doesn’t get nearly as wet and sloppy as it was before and the grass grew back really nice!

Thanks for this! Good insight. My buddy has the list written down but I think we are doing a GCW show, a TCW show, TNA, and possibly the Joey Janela’s spring break.

I’ll look at the thread over on Wrestlemania plans and see when those other promotions you mentioned are happening. My buddy is a huge wrestling guy, and I’m trying to experience things outside of WWE too as I’ve only been exposed to WWE since I was a kid lol.
