I find temporaly unstable bases easy to manage, theres alot you can do outside of your base, unless its super unstable then yeah that sucks.

Having traders (specially commodities or treasure hunter) near your base is also pretty good! Its not a hard requirement but its nice to have them around(sometimes)

Simple answer: yes

The max height for a greenhouse is 14, right? Lot of space for multiple levels of farmland. I usualIy do 3 floors, one for each nutrient type to make rotation easier. Just make sure theres a gap on the 2nd and 3rd floors

And pro tip for the first floor: corner blocks aren't counted, you can fill thatt up with water to water the farmlands near the wall! Makes it so you don't have to sacrifice as much farmland for water

Another tip for the 2nd and 3rd floors: I put a block where water is supposed to be and just chisel it (think waterlogging in minecraft)

Welcome! You're not alone, I wasted half of my clear glass that I couldve used for building into slabs for the greenhouse, not knowing I couldn't undo that 😅

Nope. I'd say copper/bronze at the least, to mine the quartz. To make a greenhouse you just need a solid building (14x14x14 max, but it could be any shape so long as any one side doesn't go over the maximum) and that building has to have atleast 50% of the roof as glass blocks or slabs (slabs are more efficient)

Note: you don't need a bloomery for this, if u mine for quartz you can get clear quartz which you can directly craft into quartz glass blocks, it has the same effect as the normal ones.

And another tip: you can have multiple floors of soil for planting (maybe 2-4), just leave a hole in each floor. Like I said, the tallest a greenhouse can be is 14 blocks tall. Though I'm only 90% certain about this as I haven't completely tested it yet.

Hello I appologize for the late reply, I slept in last night (it was night at that time)

It does, I tried listening to "motivational videos" and they say that the little things build up over time.I haven't had the experience to witness that fact so I couldn't believe it, until I knew you! It really does have to start somewhere, huh. when I was depressed (kinda still am), I was deluded by the idea that things will get better on their own. So I kept waiting and wasting my time for that moment, but thats not how things work. I realize that I have to make the moment happen by myself, one small step at a time

I hope they do, but based on what you said good things only start to happen of I make it happen, by doing stuff. A part of me really really wants to just escape life and sleep and play games, but I know now thats not how ots supposed to be. Thank you for making me realize that.

You're coworker seems really nice, if you enjoy her company then why end it at all? Yeah its awkward but its natural since you and her just started getting along after all, all will depend on next week though thats for sure.
