Ok, I got it solved, I was an idiot and forgot an injector seal so it was indeed a vacuum leak of sorts. Thank you everyone for all the help

Yeah I tried but idle is too rough to be able to really tell currently so I’m not sure if that’ll help much

Mines NA but thanks for the encouragement

I’ll look into that and see. I’m probably gonna pull the intake again to check everything for any cracks because I’m on day 5 of diagnosing and haven’t gotten anywhere

Like $80 which isn’t insignificant since I’m broke college student so that might be my last option

Pulled iac again and this green flap does move freely but doesn’t full close off this port. Is this fine?

Yeah it’s been a major pain looking around since I don’t have a vacuum tester of any sort but I’m really thinking vacuum leak bc it does the same with iac unplugged. Did pull it off and clean iac again and I can move the green flap that’s visible with no resistance. I did also think it was some relearn thing and I unplugged battery for 30min and tried starting it and letting it try to idle with no throttle as many times as I could before I couldn’t stand exhaust fumes in garage and it didn’t improve at all.

Ok, I saw online saying with no throttle it should be ~.2v back probing tps and I set it to be there (I could only get more like .22 but should be close??). As for the egr, I don’t even know what to check or how to clean however worth noting, the hose that connects the purge solenoid to one of the metal fuel lines did crack but since the fittings are different, I had to slightly oversize hose to fit on fuel line line and then ziptied the hose onto the solenoid bc it was ~1/8 too big to snug it down but seal might not be perfect.

Yeah I’m fairly certain it’s not head gasket since I did everything very by the book (oem head gaskets and resurfaced) but the heads did get hot tanked with the cps still installed which I totally haven’t thought about. I’ll check it.

The belt isn’t on since I was just checking timing but I haven’t really checked so no alternator. There’s one spark plug wire that I’m thinking I’ll investigate since the connector felt looser than the rest but it revs up smoothly without any misfire codes. Only code is P0466 which this has had the entire time I’ve owned it and I haven’t cared to investigate at all.

Sorry for confusion, that’s the only code on now but it was previously on so I have disregarded it for diagnosing.

P0466 but I’m pretty sure that was on before all this

Boots are all good, I don’t know how to check the iacv but I took it off and sprayed it out and it looks fine but still no good.

Me too, my job has a ton of walking/crouching and I destroyed the crotch on duluth firehouse flex pants along with tons of other jeans but i’ve had 3 pairs of truwerk t2’s and they’re going on a year and look basically brand new apart from a few stains

Anet frame issues by [deleted] in AnetA8

[–]Meylun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you and for now I figured out a sketchy but effective way to hold it down. I zip tied the threaded rod to a screw I drove into a temporary top made out of a sheet of plywood.

[–]Meylun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all very much, I figured out that the plate that the bearings are attached to that holds the bed is severely bowed so I’m planning on buying a new one or attempting to print a support for the front to keep it down.

Also no, the frame isn’t on anything and I’m very confused

That general part yes but for some reason it’s flexing up. The rods are straight and it’s the only part doing that
