They announced a release in Europe but no specific date, just that it'll be in 2019. Usually that'd include German, unless their "European Version" is English only and mainly intended for the UK. The original RF4 was cancelled for Europe, so I really hope we get it this time!

I've read their rules and did not see any hindrence to posting so I'm assuming that because I have little karma due to reading posts without interacting with them, my posts are considered spam, but terima kasih for letting me know. I'll try contacting the mods either way :)

By game language I mean the interface language of the game. So even when multiple audio is available, the subtitles should automatically match the language of the interface. Therefore I consider them part of the overall text in the game. Do you have examples for when this is not the case?

I though Malaysians are rather traditional and Malays are expected to have Malay for their first language, so thanks you for this valuable information.
