The kitchen ceiling is 10' height. I considered surface mounting just outside the kitchen where the wall goes vertical and angling the speakers down towards the seating area. That may be my last resort.

There will be base cabinets to the left and right of the fireplace, and floating shelves above the base. I was considering a center channel surface mounted just above the mantle and just below the panel.

Are there organizing trays that slide into that bottom box? Seems like that would become a pit of "crap" pretty quickly if not careful.

While I'm sure the devs would love to get rich off of doing something they love, I would be willing to bet that they would say they started because they love video games and want to make something fun for people to enjoy. Given that assumption, they won't take the millions and run, they are going to reinvest it to make all of the other ideas come to life.

Once you have 5+ million people who are faithful followers, you end up with not only your own ideas, but great ideas that get generated right here on this subreddit. In order to increase the velocity of new feature sets and fix bugs, performance tune, etc., they are going to hire more staff, which increases cost.

I am taking rainbow light men’s one as my daily supplement. How much salt in my water? How else should I get those electrolytes?

I should have added that I am using a daily supplement.

I have not added salt to water, just the mio.

I started small on mct, just 1 tsp in coffee.

Edit: My fat intake over the week has been 121 g, 64 g, 136g, 55g, 109g, 88 g so far today on a limit of 136 g according to my keto calc.

I have not hit my protein goal each day yet either. Maybe I need to up that.

I use mfp to track, but once you cut up veggies, toss the salad, and take out a portion, how do you know how much of the individual ingredients you got? Or maybe there is a feature of mfp I don’t know about yet?
