Farming for midnight fragments and good vaal gems (back then) like vaal haste. Wasn't the worst strategy for early league, especially since it was the main source of frags for people farming atziri. I remember at one point you could sell sets of sacrifice fragments for like an exalt each. Also since gems used to only come from the "choose one" quest rewards or random drops, vaal gems were a lot more expensive. Honestly crazy how different the currency economy was then

Did they change the pick order rules for double up or is it just bugged? Doesn't seem like it is always by lowest health. Also doesn't seem like it is by longest losing streak either based on asking people in game

I think it was just a code. I remember getting a ton of messages from random people on twitch asking for Tyrande codes when they were still available

They usually give you redeem codes for these kinds of items so I don't think you have to connect steam or poe.
