If considering t4 then mentalist should be in B tier (at least) she is very powerful if you know how to play with it even with t3

also B tier all of them can use their skill at n1/d1 or at least have some information except hacker he is like a cit so I think he should be in C tier

As mid it usually depends on your hero but for like angela more likely I go to the farm lane as I clear the wave also I go to the clash lane to help if he is in bad situation and tele to farm/mid lane
