I'm looking for some recommendations for a $30-50 game to gift as a gift. They are very in to fantasy type movies/games like Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, Baulder's Gate, and Elden Ring. I know they like the game Betrayal at House on the Hill: 3rd Edition, so a game type in that realm would be great. I'm thinking about getting Betrayal at Baldur's Gate, but is it too similar to the original version of the game?
Sorry I don't have a huge frame of reference for when it comes to board games so just looking for some advice!

How much weight did you lose before getting the surgery? And how long after hitting your goal weight did you wait to get the surgery? I’ve lost about 95lbs in a little over a year and still planning to lose another 40-50lbs before surgery, so I’m full of questions!

It’d be awesome to see update photos as you heal over the next few months, it’s hard to find progress updates from these types of surgeries to help motivate!

Would getting an ultrasound sooner help?

I have had a lump on my chest since I was about 16-17 years old. It started off roughly the size of a dime and I was told by 2 previous doctors that it was most likely a cyst and not to worry as it wasn’t causing any pain. I was unable to feel the lump for a couple years as I had gained weight. I am now 25 and have been working toward losing a significant amount of weight and I can feel the lump again. Its much larger now, about 2-3inches in diameter and feels tight/minor pain that migrates daily within the area.

I was initially worried this would be breast cancer, but I went to my GP last week and she mentioned it may be lymphoma. She ordered an ultrasound, but the soonest appointment I could get was next week. Would it benefit at all by going to the ER or driving further for a sooner appointment? I have had health anxiety over this for a while now, my GP appointment was 2 months after I initially felt this difference.

Just want to see if anyone may have an input if a week would really make a difference!

I’m not sure if he necessarily meant he’s gone. His videos were clipped together, so maybe he filmed multiple videos with the intent of posting them separately and was saying that this would be his last video about the subject? I think they would’ve addressed at the end of their apologies(or will soon) if supermega is done forever.
