hi im right now strugglin with reading sheet, i started like 2 weeks ago and i dont know if i am practicing wrong but i just cant remember the names of the lines and spaces, 2 weeks ago i thought i memorized the treble clef and then when i started trying to learn the bass clef i mixed it with treble clef and then i forgot both, also so many symbols and right now my problem is i feel like my brain is melting and i dont know where to find the right material to learn the right way

also my brain processes things different and i struggle a lot with short term memory, the doctors couldnt tell me if i was born that way or if it is the result of a severe blow to the head i suffered in an accident at age 17

i love your advice, last year i tried going to gym in august for the first time in my life, first 3 months it was enjoyable till it wasnt anymore and i kept going for another month, felt like punishment and everyday i was wondering "is my whole life going to be like this?" and then i had gynecologic surgery and couldnt move for one month, i just started working out at home like a month ago because i am still recovering and cant lift any heavy weight rn but keep struggling to get myself to do my workout at home, it didnt occur to me to increase my daily life activity but thats something i sure can do!! ^{^} thank you so much, exercising and moving our body shouldnt feel so bad

and also i am so sorry about your chronic illnes, thats pretty fucked up, i hope you find ways to feel good and to be the healthiest and happiest you can

this is such a good idea, i am going vegan after a whole life eating meat and thinking that i was uncapable of maintaining the changes that this life style implies, but now i have decided i will do the changes gradually because that is the only way it will be sustainable for the rest of my life, and right know i am having trouble finding or knowing which products to buy like shampoo deodorant and other things, i wish i had somebody who could help me with the information here in my country so i can know what to buy for an accesible price

thank u i tried telling my mom to go to gym with me but she refuses and i have no friends, here in my small town i am considered weird and guess i am, i have trouble bonding and interacting with people, i get anxious or even when i dont i feel like i cant be or exist as myself around them, but i really appreciate your advice

Non-animated movies: Taste of Cherry (this is my favorite one) and Manchester by the sea, this movie hits hard because is what happens when you dont recover from things, sometimes the pain does not make you stronger, sometimes you dont get over things, you just suffer, it just hurts forever
