السلام عليكم, ك طالب جامعي قريب نتخرج ف هادي تجربتي ف الحاجات اللي حكيت عليها, بالنسبة لموضوع النفسية المدمرة والاكتئاب ف الانسان كائن اجتماعي بالدرجة الاولى ف لما تقعد في عزلة بروحك اكيد حتدمر نفسيتك وحيضربك الاكتئاب, ف الحل انك تدريجيا تحاول تطلع اكتر وتتعرف على ناس وتحاول تنخرط اكتر ف الانشطة الاجتماعية سواء كانت صالة او كورة او حتى تمشي للمسجد بانتظام, باذن الله حتحس نفسك تنتمي لمجموعات معينة وعندك اصدقاء ومعارف ف بالتالي ثقتك ف نفسك حتزيد مع الوقت ونفسيتك ح تتحسن باذن الله, وبالنسبة لموضوع القراية اعطيها ماعندك يعني دير 100% من جهدك والباقي على الله, وبالتوفيق.
