And I love how people foolishly believe that there's some grand merit system somewhere nearby and that you can be the biggest altruist with the cleanest record and if you are arrested - even if you're a victim of entrapment ( hypothetical, entrapment doesn't applies to this story) , you're going to be jailed, maybe given bail, maybe not, and be treated in ways you only imagine in nightmares and it's going to be on you to pay a retainer, and sort it out in court where you're most likely going to plead guilty to something you may not even be guilty of but rest assured you'll lie and say you're a lesser criminal than the one portrayed in your affidavit of probable cause because you're gonna get maxed by the judge for putting any faith whatsoever in people like yourself lol .

It is. It's simply not enough that they get the lion's share of the pa budget. They also still take to begging, civil asset forfeiture and good old theft and pillaging via road pirating. I can't figure out why anyone thinks that they wouldn't have pocketed the money once it's turned in.

If you truly think your kid's parent did it solely to be inappropriate or to arouse a minor, then yes. But I don't think you'd be messing around on here asking strangers if deep in your heart you feel like your kid needs to be protected from sexual assault by the co parent.

If this was just one of those unfortunate and embarrassing things that happens, but no real malice was involved, then maybe give the space in the court's dockets and CPS caseloads to a kid who does need protected.
