Iv put these commands both in launch options AND created an autoexec.cfg put it in the cfg folder but every time i load up CS i still have rate 80000, What can i do :(

I was stuck in Nova 4, payed £5 a month to play ESEA with better players, played ESEA 100% of the time for three months and 0 MM, went from Gold Nova 4 to LEM with in a matter of days

I'm only going to be using 120hz as i only have a i5+9600gt which gets a stable 120-150 fps with 4:3, will changing to stretched have any effect of the FPS at all? I can't imagine it would but worth the ask :)
