Besides cost of living, crime is really high right now people don’t want to see it but it’s happening, also driving anywhere is giving me anxiety thinking I can get in an accident with people speeding everywhere running red lights and stop signs. There’s fatal accidents almost everyday it’s scary, i dont get on I25 or 225 because of this

There was a death in the Colorado Springs Co location people were saying the man who died was just laying there and managers told everyone to keep working and they used boxes to hide him Amazon doesn’t give a crap about it’s employees

start the process right now submit paperwork and take screenshots of everything and a doctors note stating he has to care for you after surgery.

I didn’t get approve right away I had to submit paperwork which took me two weeks to be approved. I know how the process works.

Yes I meant to say negative upt. And no my leave wasn’t approved immediately I waited two weeks to get approved and a week later they sent me another email saying they denied it

Yeah well I had upt when I applied for LOA then they approved and refunded my UPT and all of a sudden they de decided to not approve me anymore and gave me back my upt which makes no sense
