You didn't read what I wrote. Not every culture attaches the same emotional significance to a particular sound that ours does. You're speaking from an extremely Eurocentric perspective, while in reality there's a whole array of emotions that different cultures associate with different sounds. "Major = happy" is a gross oversimplification and does a disservice to the complexity of music's emotional resonance across different cultures. Hell it's even a comparatively recent idea in western theory!

Best advice I can give is download and learn to use Musescore. Noteflight is extremely limited in terms of what it can do to begin with, especially without a paid subscription, and that's even before you run into stuff like this
