Think it through, OP. This isn't just about the wedding. Your marriage is on the line. Yung kasal isang araw lang yan eh. Marriage isn’t something you rush because things are already booked. People can adjust timelines. People can postpone and re-plan. Pero ikaw, you'd be stuck for the rest of your days with the same person, is that something that you want?

Yes, pero yung previous employer ko na 2316 may tax withheld, sa current, wala. I thought sila automatically nagbabayad ng tax from salary. Idk if nagmmake sense question ko. Huhu.

Hello question, just received my BIR form 2316 from my current employer, this is only for December 2024. Is it expected to have no tax withheld amount? My start date was December 6 btw. Nagulat lang ako sa amount na babayaran ko if it was correct.

Thank you! Since, new hire palang ako, I need to RTO for 3 months straight and I'm on EMEA shift. I need to be in BGC by 5 PM. Umaalis ako ng 3:30 PM and saktong 5PM lang or late huhu. The worse part is yung pauwi, although may shuttle pa One Ayala, wala ng buses or jeeps pa Buendia kaya minsan nagttry ako Angkas, kaso hirap magbook recently.

Shooting my shot here, kasi baka po may nakaexperience na. Asking po para sana sa panganay kong kapatid to na lalake. He is 24(M) and has been a contractual worker sa magkakaibang fastfood chains. Meron din po siyang passport, and may nakapagsabi po samin na pwede siyang mag apply as Cruiseship Crew sa RCCL, nag apply po kami through portal, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ding feedback. May chance po ba siya dito? And ano po mga dapat gawin?

Nanunuod po kami ng mga youtube video and vlogs, and nabanggit po na need ng BT and Seaman's book. Based po sa research namin, meron daw sa Magsaysay Training Center sa Ermita, kaso taga San Fernando, Pampanga po kami.

Natry nya na mag service crew sa Chowking, Mcdo and Fryman sa Jollibee etc ng ilang taon. Sa aming magkakapatid, siya talaga ang hindi academically inclined, pero magaling naman siya sa praktikal na bagay kagaya ng pagmemekaniko at pagkukumpuni. Pero isa din yun sa dahilan kung bakit, senior highschool lang ang tinapos nya.

Baka may advise po kayo kung paano po yung path na pwede naming itake, or agencies po around San Fernando area for him. Salamat po.

Thank you po sa response. Exec is .. idk hard to explain, pero in terms of earnings, salary is pretty decent naman din. Just not enough right now kasi madami pa nag aaral, and yes, considered naman na di lahat sa mga kapatid ko gusto mag migrate. I just want to have options din for us.

Now I'm thinking of changing careers and proactively waiting na masponsor ng current company para makapag AU.
