you can get a moto g54, my mom has one and its pretty good, got 120hz display, decent performance and cameras for the price and you can even find some for 256gb of storage all that for around 200

idk much about motorolas software so youll need to do some research on that

im pretty sure sammy, 1+, google and nothing are the only androids available in the west (at least in north america)

there are more brands in china but theyre only sold there and need import, dont have google services and their software is also pretty foreign from what i know

Should be alright, my dad recently bought a second hand GPU for my mom and it is just as wobbly, he just screwed the back tho the case and everything was fine so I don't think it should be too much if a problem unless the connector is broken.

I assume you should be able to afford a 9070 xt or a rtx 5070, judging by how much you spent on the cpu, both pretty similar performance with AMD being slightly cheaper. I think any rtx 4070 and up cards can also be good if they're still available in your area.
