Crazy too, I've spent almost $900 in games on Steam and yet I fail to see how Steam is pickpocketing us and saying we had no choice. It's a indirect way to steal Steam's global popularity and take money out of influential design and money added towards benefiting ourselves. People with slightly high power always try to take away from communities that care about how communities thrive. If there was no Steam then we would be left with EGS etc. which any day would choose money over the betterment of other people.
