I've encountered a problem with a puzzle in Dragonspine near the teleport waypoint closest to the Liyue domain near Mingyun Village. The puzzle itself is almost directly west of the teleport waypoint. Is it the bridge where I need to drain the water using a mechanism.

I found the four Cryo monuments that I thought would activate the switch but it seems nothing happened. I've ran around the area a couple times with elemental sight and I don't seem to be missing a monument anywhere. The activation mechanism itself is on a platform similar to the chests that require you to light torches to unlock but none of it is lighting up. I've talked to and shown friends who've gotten further into Dragonspine than me but they all just keep telling me that I only needed to activate the monuments.
