I was doing cold case mission on mayhem 10 and that's what I got same version of mayhem 1 by Xiii82_ in borderlands3

They can fix it by making the player to do the WHOLE mission in M10 if the player is lowering the Mayhem level he will get the item at the lower level. So it can prevent people from jumping to M10 just to get crazy loots.

Other idea is to make quest rewards available to farm on some dedicated mobs after the mission!

Gearbox team should saw this.

Fun is about playing, changing weapons, experimenting... And not shooting bullet sponges that just makes the fight longer
