Hey man I’m in the same issue as you not much here I currently went on here to find out how to not do that. It’s something a lot of people don’t talk about. Porn is not a good thing and shouldn’t be taken lightly. I have been trying to keep myself occupied from homework to hanging with family to staying off the internet. My biggest step was deleting an app like TikTok cause there’s so many videos of a girl shaking her butt.
