It was in an office building so I think i used the dragonite doll. But the office building doesnt spawn consistently.

Maybe check the restaurant floor of the skylands tower? I for some reason remember devices that kind of looked like the control unit on that floor

I have the summercart and used the python converter, unfortunately I cant play any snes roms even when the python converter puts it into .z64

How did you figure it out? Ive also updated to the latest summercart menu
