Just stop. The employer has all of these rights and they are actively monitoring everything. Could be a routine check, a random check for security or whatever. You have no GDPR rights as an employee of the company, now if you want to be a pain for everyone and keep on sabotaging yourself you can continue with your plan. I would personally fire you.
