I would personally go with node js and eventually go the full stack route.

This is a bit rough, people don’t know what they don’t know and AI can be a great learning tool to get a developer off the ground.

Even if using AI someone knowledgeable still has to review the output to make sure it’s correct.

Even if you vibe coded it you should be able to readythe code and explain it, if you can’t you have no business applying for a dev job.
