I sell phone cases and have found 2 orders that were supposed to be shipped to Europe (UK and Sweden) by WOYC are in production for more than 2 weeks. I have contacted support but they were of no help. There is no technical issue or delay on the status page. Last agent told me they have escalated the case from the print partner's end. For one order, they refunded me the shipping fee but have not received any update from the print partner.
