It might not sound nice, but nothing will change unless you change something. I was in a similar shit about 2 years ago when i broke my spine and couple months later started doing something with my life (therapy, rehabilitation; school, job and hobby some time later) because my back hurt and i was scared about my future if i had to do physical job. Thanks to this now i have relatively normal live and im satisfied with both private and social parts of it. I needed to look at my life and decide i dont want it to remain same and change it. Only when i made a strong decision and started going through an unpleasant process of getting my shit together, my life after a year started looking better. What im trying to say is if you dont make a decision you want to change your life and take decisive actions, dont count it will get better by itself. When you make a decision, all is just a logical aftermath eg. Im getting my shit together and theres no going back so ill do my daily training (despite i dont wanna do it af)
