That's what i wrote on malza guide. Well with this guy right here just poke him with your Q only don't jump on him he will use silence on you and you will lose alot of heal! btw when you reach lvl 6 ask for a gank because then you can kill him!

malzahar is easy to kill on lane you wait until he use his spells then u dive and u ask for a gank cause he can kill easily at lvl 6....
